Abstract

The entirety of regulations concerning usage and utilization of outer space is comprised not only of international treaties, but also national regulations adopted in order to ascertain accordance of state endeavours with public international law regime. This articles aim is to investigate newest American national legislations in view of their compatibility with binding rules of public international law. Special attention has been paid to Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act, American Space Commerce Free Enterprise Act draft as well as recent plans published by White House stipulating creation of US Space Force.
