ORIGINAL TITLE: Deux aspects de la végétation du Moyen Atlas en liaison avec les conditions périglaciaires
This article examines the impact of cold, frost and snow on vegetation in Morocco's Middle Atlas. It highlights two cases: Atlas cedar on limestone near Azrou and mountain xerophytes. Periglacial conditions and microclimate strongly influence plant distribution: cedar avoids low areas, while snow shapes the composition of xerophyte communities.
