ORIGINAL TITLE: Les éboulis ordonnés au Maroc

Organised scree deposits (éboulis ordonnés) are distinctive periglacial slope formations found in the dry, cold mountains of Morocco. They exhibit layered structure, clast orientation parallel to slope gradient, and notable sorting. Their genesis involves repeated freeze–thaw cycles, runoff and solifluction. These formations serve as key indicators of Quaternary climatic fluctuations and affect current land use and soil erosion in mountainous areas.
