Article processing charges
The journal charges neither a submission nor a publication fee. Texts appear online in open access format free of charge at the time of publication. Since 2023, we have not sold a print version.
The author has the option to choose a CC license from two: CC BY 4.0 or CC BY-NC-ND 4.0.
Copyright and license: Authors retain the copyright and full publishing rights.
Article proceeding time:
1) from the author's submission of the manuscript to the initial internal review: about 14 days;
2) from the author's submission of the manuscript to the time of external expert reviews: about 60 days;
3) from the author's submission of the manuscript to online publication: about 5 months.
Percentage of rejected texts:
1) 2022: 40%
2) 2023: 33%
General information
The journal invites contributions from a wide community of researchers. Authors are welcome to submit an electronic version formatted in Rich Text Format with abstract (article volume: 20 000–40 000 characters includes spaces; abstract: 600-800 characters). All submissions are subject to two double-blind reviews. We are waiting for critical, original and innovative submissions written from any theoretical angle.

By sending an abstract, the author agrees to publish his e-mail address and ORCID ID (in case of the final approval of a paper by our reviewers and editors).
